Bluebird Day - Juniper Retreat

Very accommodating, allowed us to check in early! Everything was clean, well stocked and easily accessible

Quintessential West-side cottage with the location my grandchildren experienced with updated conveniences to bridge the no/minimal building code eras with todays bustling Bend. The many walk-to-ables neighborhood playgrounds and parks made this a 3-generation lovely weekend getaway. The host are as proud as my familys long time residency in unique and outdoorsy Bend with an informal, neighbor-friendly community feel. Highly recommended!

The place is very comfortable and we found having garage access to be a real amenity for our mountain biking adventures. Walkable to the river, downtown, and Nancy Ps bakery, which is right across the street. All of the amenities we wanted were available, and there were even nice bonuses like coffee and cream.

Home was lovely, roomy and clean. Easy access, in area, to about all you would want during your stay. Any meal and great variety of places to go, coffee, grocery. Bike and walking paths scenic and well groomed. so many parks close by. Great place for sitting on the deck and feeing very private Kitchen very well stocked for things you forgot and even one nights coffee package for first morning there! Attentive to detail for comfort. Hope it available next year for our family gathering!

My wife, daughter and I stayed at the Juniper Retreat the first week of July. It was a great central location, and we were able to walk to Drake Park and Downtown in about 15-20 minutes. The home was clean and had everything needed for our stay. The management company was great working with us on a slightly earlier check in time, as well as adding an additional portable air conditioner for the Queen bedroom before we arrived. There were four portable air conditioners total and it kept the house plenty cool during our stay. The area was quiet and we didnt hear any noise at night. All in all a great place to stay when visiting Bend.

This is a very clean Bend rental in a great location. Grocery store across the street makes it convenient to use the kitchen in the house. Walk to parks and other amenities. Food and drink a short walk. The house itself is a bit older but clean and well kept!

Four friends stayed at the house for a week to attend a weaving conference in Bend. The house was great--plenty of room and the kitchen worked well for meals. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located for our daily trips back and forth to the conference center.

The house was exactly as pictured on the website. Except for the pretty little doe who decided to hang out under the tree behind the property! So cute! We were able to have family who live in Bend come over and have meals with us. From 8 months to 81 years old. Definitely would recommend. Date of arrival - June 17, 2022

Location, Location, Location! Great place for our group of 6 adults. Centrally located and within walking distance to the river and many other areas including Newport Market and multiple restaurants and cafes. It was also a great launching point for multiple outdoor activities and adventures. And when some of our party had to work remotely, the WiFi kept up with their requirements. Rebecca was great and we could have not asked for better communication. Thank you!

Excellent, comfortable place in a fantastic location. So much is within good walking distance. This home is a nice home base where you can relax and also easily reach most of the great things Bend has to offer. Very highly recommended!

Had a great stay here! The house was very clean and cozy. The location is great, and there are some great breakfast/coffee places nearby. The host was also very communicative and had a very easy check-in process.

Perfect location! Walking distance to grocery store and my favorite restaurant Spork. We had a blast! House was spotless when we arrived and communication was excellent!

This lovely home is exactly as described in other reviews: cozy, welcoming and fully equipped. We were able to relax and enjoy walking around the neighborhood, with groceries just across the street and a variety of restaurants in the vicinity. The house was spotless, felt sanitized per Covid, and beds were super comfy. When we made a call to maintenance, there was immediate and friendly response. Altogether a great getaway and would most definitely return! Great communication throughout the process.

We had a great stay in this home! It is a short drive (or longer walk) into downtown Bend and its a block away from a wonderful market for stocking up on essentials. Very close to multiple breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops too! It was great for what we needed for our long weekend in Bend!

We needed a place for our small weekend gathering - this house was the perfect size with open layout and a wonderful fire pit area out back! We were close to downtown and all the breweries we came to visit. Thank you!!

Very nice home, felt clean and fresh. Nice yard and outdoor spaces although steps into the backyard were a little difficult for us older (unsteady legs) and younger (short legs) folks to use. Great location in Bend! Very quiet area and had a small town feel to it. We liked sitting out on the deck in the evening enjoying the clean air:) Lots of helpful information was provided before check-in and the quick responses were appreciated. Appreciated small things like night lights:) Thank you from all of us for doing such a great job!

What s lovely experience! Perfect location. We loved being able to walk to Newport Market, what a gem--it had everything we needed. Chow was our favorite for breakfast, and Spork was awesome too. We really enjoyed our walks through Drake Park. And the bikes are a definite plus. Thank you for everything... the little touches, like delicious local coffee, the fire pit, WiFi, easy instructions for working everything and for being so responsive when we needed you! Our family hopes to visit again!

The property was very clean and it was nicely decorated. We felt at-home as soon as we walked in the front door. It contained everything as advertised. Texted Bluebird on Saturday and received a response quickly. Will recommend this property to family and friends. The only problem is, if too many people know about the property we might have a problem reserving it the next time we want to visit Bend. Enjoyed being able to walk to the Back Porch Coffee Roasters, Chow restaurant and the market across the street. These are all within 2 blocks of the property. We will return!!

We had 5 people stay for four nights at this location and it was perfect for us. Close enough to walk down town and to the market and restaurants. Well equipped including bikes! Nice size deck to sit outside and the house was very clean.

This is a nicely equipped and kept home, perfect for a family of 6 on a visit to Bend. We really enjoyed the home, the residential neighborhood and the location in the city. This home affords easy access to the city, restaurants and shopping while also being a good location for getting to and from Mt. Bachelor.

This was a very reasonable priced home with a comfortable, open feeling and big windows with nice views. Quiet and safe area. Good for a family or small group. Reasonable kitchen and close to nice local market with good selection of prepared foods and speciality items for nice meals. Blue Bird realty made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

My husband and I stayed in the Juniper Retreat while we explored Bend Breweries. This homes location was absolutely perfect for our adventure. We had an issue with one of the bicycles and the Bluebird rental company that handles the home was awesome, courteous and PROMPT at helping us. This home was a great choice

We had a great time in Bend and the Juniper Retreat was perfect. It was clean and comfortable! The location was perfect to all of the things we did in Bend and surrounding areas. There was plenty of room for us to spread out in and to give everyone their own space.
