Hop on the cruiser bikes to meander through the Westside neighborhood to the heart of downtown, Drake Park, 10 Barrel Brewing, and all of the fun on Galveston Avenue. Surrounded by old Juniper trees and mature landscaping, the Juniper Retreat is the perfect resting place to come home to after a day of exploring all of the best of Bend.
Enjoy the sunny and open layout with lots of windows and southern light as you cozy up in the living room, enjoy a good book, watch a movie on the Smart HDTV, or hangout with family and friends. The comfy, colorful decor will make you feel right at home, and creates the perfect setting for lasting memories to be made.
Prepare an unforgettable meal in the fully equipped kitchen for family and friends, or cook out with friends on the gas grill under a Central Oregon sky filled with stars. The master bedroom features a new, high quality King bed with European style bedding, high thread count linens and a clean, fluffy down duvet. There are gorgeous linens and down duvets in the Queen bedroom, as well as in the Twin bedroom.
If you prefer to get out of town and into nature, there are endless hiking and mountain bike trails just minutes from town. The spectacular Cascade Mountains and many lakes are and easy 20 minute drive providing endless opportunities for outdoor adventures. Phil’s mountain bike trails are an easy 5 miles to the West, as well as many walking and hiking trails along the Deschutes River right out your front door!
Did we mention world class skiing? Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is an easy 25 minute drive from Bend. This mountain is a blast, with a wide variety of terrain and trails that will keep you blissfully enthralled. There is a Mount Bachelor Shuttle just around the corner that will take you to and from the mountain.

We had a great time in Bend and the Juniper Retreat was perfect. It was clean and comfortable! The location was perfect to all of the things we did in Bend and surrounding areas. There was plenty of room for us to spread out in and to give everyone their own space.

The Juniper Retreat was the perfect place to stay for our Bend vacation. It was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Loved the access to the deck for lounging in the sun. The walk to to downtown was only about 15 minutes and included a detour through a beautiful park. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Juniper Retreat!

Great location for walking to the river, restaurants (Chow! Ten Barrel!), and our pantry away from home, the Newport Market. Easy departure point for bike rides and touring. Excellent for a medium price point - tasteful and comfortable furnishings, clean kitchen with room for a crowd around the breakfast bar, clean BBQ grill, plus lots of space for guests to do their own thing indoors and on the deck; not as much playspace in the yard. The Bluebird Day people are prompt and attentive, always a pleasure to rent with them.

The house was prefect for our family! Clean, nicely decorated, well-stocked, comfortable and great location. We really could not have done better. Even the teenagers commented on how nice it was. Rental company was communicative and easy to work with as well. And Bend is lovely!

We loved our stay at Juniper Retreat. Everything was brand new. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and eating areas were spacious. The owners provided a list of popular restaurants and everything was within an easy walk. If we return to Bend, we would definitely stay there again
