Phil’s mountain bike trails are an easy 6 miles to the West, as well as many walking and hiking trails along the Deschutes River right out your front door!

Such a great home for a long stay!
Super cute design, super functional space, killer location.
Dont be deceived by the photos, there is quite a bit of space to settle into.
The Wi-Fi is FAST! My husband and I both work remote and had no connectivity issues.
Awesome fenced in yard for our pups and great outdoor living space.

We had a great stay at the Delaware House! The space was beautifully decorated and clean. The host was responsive and very helpful. The location was perfect and near great restaurants, coffee shops, downtown, and parks. I would highly recommend staying at the Delaware House.

Delaware House is stocked with luxury linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. You are responsible for any additional items that will need to be resupplied during your stay. Garbage and recycle will need to be pulled out each week. Alternating garbage bin the first week and garbage and recycle bin the next week. During our winter months, snow shovels will be provided to shovel walk ways and driveways.
