Built in 2008, this charming Craftsman bungalow features all of the modern amenities, gorgeous hickory hardwood floors, travertine, granite, and upscale contemporary furnishings.

Meander just a few blocks to Drake Park, cross a charming foot bridge, and you are in downtown Bend in minutes. Stroll to 10 Barrel Brewing Company, Ariana’s Restaurant, bakeries, bike shops, and all the fun on Galveston Ave. Visit the Harmon Park playground— a fave for kids!

Or simply relax on the wide front porch and watch the world go by… Bend style!

You will find so much to enjoy in this wonderful home. Cozy up to a fire and watch a movie with family and friends. Enjoy the beautiful furnishings, or prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen or cook out on the grill and enjoy the lovely back yard with friends. There is outdoor dining for 4.

The key to an awesome vacation is a GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP! You will love the European style bedding, down duvets, and high thread count linens. The Harmon Park Bungalow has 2 master suites. One with a high quality King size bed and HDTV, and one with a Queen sized bed. Jacuzzi tub in the second bathroom upstairs for your enjoyment. There is a high quality sleeper sofa with an air mattress in the living room for your extra guests. Linens are provided.

Grab a float tube and catch the shuttle in Drake Park or catch the river trail and walk to Bend’s brand new White Water Park on the Deschutes. Continue on to explore the Old Mill, or experience an outdoor concert at the Les Schwab Amphitheater!

If you prefer to get out of town and into nature, there are endless hiking and mountain bike trails just minutes from town. The spectacular Cascade Mountains and many lakes are and easy 20 minute drive providing endless opportunities for outdoor adventures. Phil’s mountain bike trails are an easy 3 miles to the West, as well as many walking and hiking trails along the Deschutes River right out your front door!

Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is an easy 25 minute drive from Bend. This mountain is a blast, with a wide variety of terrain and trails that will keep you blissfully enthralled. There is a Mount Bachelor Shuttle blocks away that will take you to and from the mountain.

This house is beautiful and the location cant be beat! It is within walking distance of downtown and so many great restaurants/breweries! We would definitely stay here again.

This cute little house was perfect for us! Weve rented through Bluebird before and I love working with Rebecca and the Bluebird staff - they are friendly and responsive. The location is right by food trucks at The Lot. Its an easy walk to the river, or to downtown. There are environmental soaps and recycling (important to me). The garage makes for good parking, or bike work, and is right by the back patio w/ BBQ. Hoping to return!

This was our second time staying at the Harmon Park Bungalow and I would not hesitate staying there for a third time. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. My husband and I walked through Drake park most evenings. A nice perk of the house is the ability to access the garage and avoid parking on the street. One slight problem was an empty propane tank for grilling, but that was resolved within an hour (and on a Sunday)!! Well done!

Bend is a great little town to visit. And this home we stayed at was outstanding. Clean, comfy, well managed, modern, and walking distance from the downtown area and great restaurants. The house is by mirror pond and the associated green belt area. Very nice. Always felt safe. Would definitely recommend this house.

This is a fantastic house that is walkable to everything! The amenities are wonderful (nice towels, kitchen items, furniture), the house was extremely clean, and Blue Bird Day was responsive but not intrusive. There is an awesome food cart pod a block away, 10 Barrel and Chow are right up the street, and the pedestrian bridge to downtown Bend is 4 blocks away. This would be our 100% go-to from now on in Bend, if only it had a hot tub outside. There was a jacuzzi bathtub in one of the private bathrooms upstairs, but its not meant for sharing with friends. Nothing is better after a long day of activities than a soak, so we made due with a trip to the St. Francis School (you should check it out). Overall, this is a great house in a great location! You should definitely stay here!

Perfect home away from home. We stayed for 3 weeks and had everything we needed and more! Fabulous location! We walked to downtown, Drake park, and The Lot with two children. My husband and son rode their bikes all over town. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need including laundry soap, shampoo, and kitchen supplies! You will not be disappointed in your stay.

Beautiful home! We really enjoyed staying in this updated, spacious but cozy cottage. Though close to everything (including a wonderful food cart for breakfast Kolaches), we felt like we were visiting friends in their Bend home! Everything detail was attended to from the lovely bed linens to shampoo to kitchen appliances! We will definitely rent this home again!!

We stayed two weeks and were very impressed with the Bluebird crew. The house was clean and well stocked, with several nice touches that the Bluebird crew did that made us feel extra welcome. The crew responded quickly to questions. I will be working with Bluebird Rentals in the future.

We had a wonderful week at this house. It was so relaxing, warm, clean and had everything we needed and then some. Did lots of cooking in the awesome kitchen and grilled on the BBQ. Nice size front porch that is great for drinking coffee and lots of people/dog watching (which we really love to do). The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a large deck. Perfect for a nice evening with friends, eating, having a glass of wine and listen to the water flowing in the water feature. It is so close to the park, river, down town, great food carts, restaurants, wine tasting, music, rental shops, everything you would want. Easy walking distance to all of these. We will be back in November to enjoy this house some more and get out and do more hiking and exploring of all the near by nature and things to see.

We were in Bend for a restaurant opening and needed a comfortable two bedroom place within walking distance of downtown. Found the Harmon Park Bungalow on VRBO. I assumed from the photos and location that it was an older home that had been refurbished. Was very pleased to find that it is a new property that has been designed to fit with the local architecture. Very spacious first floor, with a brand new, fully stocked kitchen. Nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely designed. Easy walk to everything. Bluebird Day was great to deal with. Very responsive. Overall would highly recommend the Harmon Park Bungalow when staying in Bend.
