Bluebird Day - Hummingbird Cottage

This is a VERY nicely outfitted cottage in a quiet little part of Bend - its an easy walk to the best that the town has to offer - I hope to return!

The cottage was a absolutely delight place for my husband and I. The place was equipped with everything you need. Location was close to center of downtown which was very convenient for us to walk and drive. Great place for river paddling, good restaurants, and brewery. I recommend to anybody to this blue bird day cottage.

Very nice. Super clean and modern with nice furnishings. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We took a walk in the neighborhood and found it very enjoyable. The river is an easy 10 minute walk away. The kitchen is well stocked if you like to cook - perfect for my wife and me. Proprietor is friendly and super responsive. I would highly recommend this cottage for any couple looking for a clean, safe and centrally located place to stay while visiting Bend.

A lovely property on a quiet street - walking distance to many of the local restaurants and breweries. Perfect for a couple - comfortable and well equipped. Nice spot to sit outside and enjoy the peace.

The Hummingbird Cottage is located in the Westside Neighborhood of Bend, well within walking distance of a number of very cool breweries, restaurants and shops, and within easy driving distance of the Newport Avenue Market and other breweries and shops, not to mention downtown Bend. We really couldnt have asked for any better location to stay during our days in Bend! This is now the second Bluebird Day Vacation Rental Property that we have stayed in, and we are eagerly looking forward to our next trip to Bend, where we will most definitely book with this company again. Within the first step through the front door, this cozy cottage made a huge impression. We loved everything from the tiniest details (coffee, tea, bath products, heated bathroom floor, Netflix), to the furnishings and location. Bluebird Day and the owners made sure have that our stay was up to our expectations. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this place really stands out as a favorite. Perfect for a couple or small family, its a great location in town. There are many options within walking distance for restaurants (Cabin 22, Good Life Brewing Company, Village Bakery, coffee shops (Back Porch, Thump Coffee - short car trip) and a grocery store (Newport Avenue Market - wow!). Be sure to check out Spork for some great food. 14th Street and the Old Mill have a lot to offer, including your outdoor activity needs. Most of Bend is accessible by car in no more than 10-12 minutes, so you can be assured that everyone will be happy.

Perfect place for the holiday weekend. Property was clean, decorated well, comfortable and had everything we needed. I appreciated the little touches like coffee and creamer. Location was also wonderful. Walked almost everywhere we went.
